My wife & I were on our way back to Phoenix from Spokane Washington when a howling noise was coming from rear end of car. The closest AAMCO was 120 miles away in Ogden. We left our motel early in the morning to arrive at the Ogden location at 8:20 AM. I told the Manager Devante what the noise was and where we were traveling to. He immediately had his master Tech Frank take it for a test drive and put my Tahoe up on the rack. Didn’t take too long to diagnose it was the bearings in the rear end differential. They ordered the parts from the warehouse, but they sent the wrong parts, so had to reorder. By then it was too late to get my vehicle done that day. Devante had Frank drop us off at a hotel to spend the night. The next day Devante had one of his men come and pick us up from the hotel when my vehicle was done. Thankfully we were on the road by 3:00 that afternoon and made it back to Phoenix early the next morning. A BIG thank you for Devante, Frank and his whole crew.
